The home offers two bright and comfortable living rooms, both having smart televisions and overlooking the backyard through large windows. These spaces are perfect for movie nights, quiet reading, or relaxing after a day on the North Fork. The open layout makes it easy for families and groups to spread out or gather together.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The house features three beautifully updated bedrooms and three pristine full bathrooms. Fresh linens, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. A washer and free dryer are available for guest use.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and coffee. Guests will also find a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheets, and wine glasses. Indoor dining and outdoor dining spaces are available for meals at home.

The backyard is a private retreat perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Guests can enjoy a heated gunite pool with an integrated spa, sun loungers, and a fully fenced lawn ideal for games and picnics. Safety and Security
The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher. Exterior security cameras monitor the front and sides of the property for guest safety. There is no surveillance in the backyard or entertainment areas to ensure privacy.
Pet Policy
Small dogs under ten pounds are welcome with a nightly pet fee. Pets must be disclosed at booking and must remain well-behaved and house-trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and keeping the yard tidy. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, bedding, or in the pool or spa. Full details are listed under House Rules.
